Dr. Kalim Khan is the Director of Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research and has been associated with the Institute for over a decade. He completed his doctoral studies in the field of Quantitative Techniques in Education from YCMOU. He is a Management post graduate from the Welingkar Institute of Management Studies and Research and an engineering graduate in Production Engineer from the M.H. Saboo Siddique College of Engineering. Prior to his career as an academician he has worked with Gabriel India Ltd. as a Production Engineer and with Sterlite Industries as a Marketing Manager An academician by choice he entered the field of Management Education very early in his career. He is now a renowned brand in the field of Management Education and is especially known for his knowledge and expertise in the area of Quantitative Techniques and Marketing Research. In the last fifteen years he has taught across the leading Management Institutes affiliated to the University of Mumbai and his legacy consists of around hundred thousand students serving corporate India and overseas. He is a member on the Board of Advisory Committee of Central Depository Services Limited, and a member of the Academic Council and the Research Committee of the SNDT Women’s University. Besides this, he is also the member of the Finance and Accounts committee of SNDT Women’s University. He is the Chairperson for the Board of Studies in Marketing at JDBIMS.
Dr. Khan is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma. He is also certified as a fully qualified and accredited administrator of MBTI Suite of Instruments. Besides this he is also certified in Advanced Analytics and use of Quantitative Techniques in Decision Making.

He is also the co-author of two Best Selling Books; “Where is My Ketchup?” and “Seal the Hole in the Bucket” on Customer Experience Management in the Indian context.
