Manoj leads the technology and process consulting practice. He brings to the table an understanding of organization-wide processes, information technology, and business acumen which helps him identify working, practical, and effective technology solutions. He has led engagements on process consulting using the ASQ, eTOM, and BPF frameworks with telecom, service, manufacturing, and real estate organizations. He has led the creation of interactive process models and dynamic scorecards for a telecom giant and companies in the manufacturing sector. He has also helped organizations design, evaluate and implement ERP, KMS, IMS, CRM and MIS solutions.
