Sameer heads the training vertical at Acumen. He has led diagnostic studies, process implementation, and performance management engagements in India and the Middle East. He has spearheaded the development of new products and training interventions at Acumen. He is responsible for strategic tie-ups and creating assessment tools.He has led content development projects for organization development initiatives being carried out at some of India’s largest companies. He has also led design of talent assessment tools for large corporations. He has designed engagements that focus on sustaining the benefits of training interventions.
